Teaching for me is a vocation rather than a job. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher, but it wasn’t just about teaching language. The main reason is because I wanted to have a direct impact on the lives of children. When you’re educating children you’re imparting knowledge to create a better future for them. As a teacher, I do my best to make sure kids develop emotionally, socially and intellectually, while having fun time learning a language. My education is in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and I have been teaching since 2005. Throughout these years I’ve taught children aged 5-19 in public, private and in an International Baccalaureate school as well as Language Courses for teenagers and adults. I strive to constantly improve my teaching strategies and attended IB workshops, to share my experience and learn from teachers who teach in different parts of the world. As I only speak a little Polish, I can create a natural English speaking environment for my students.
